Review: 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

It is hard to go anywhere without your tunes these days, playing in the background. The problem is that we need a great speaker that can withstand drops, kicks, and can be brought anywhere. I have tried and tested lots of speakers, and have picked the 3 best rugged bluetooth portable speakers that are available in Europe today.

I will quickly review these four points for each speaker:

The Veho M4 gets off to the best start, it looks, and feels amazing! The M4 battery life is great, giving you up to 5 hours of actual playtime. You have the choice of playing our music through bluetooth, or aux-in, or SD card. 

1. Portability: 5/5 - This is the perfect size for any portable speaker. It even fits in your hand

2. Sound Quality: 5/5 - Perfect sound quality even with high base

3. Ruggedness: 4/5 - Perfect build quality, but it is not waterproof and I would not bring this speaker to the beach.

ECOXBT Waterproof Speaker

The ECOXBT waterproof speaker will be your best friend, no matter where you go. It is 100% waterproof, so if you like listening to music while in the pool then this is the perfect speaker for you. The battery life is unbelievable, giving you up to 10 hours of playback time.

1. Portability: 4/5 - Perfect to throw into your bag, or bring on holidays

2. Sound Quality: 5/5 - This is my favorite speaker, sound quality is on par with the M4 and Jambox

3. Ruggedness: 5/5 - 100% waterproof, includes rubber surroundings

4. Overall Value: 5/5 - Ideal for adventure holidays, sitting by/in the pool, or camping.

Jawbone Jambox Bluetooth Speaker

The Jambox is a great portable speaker that is perfect to bring on holidays, or to leave around the house. You get up to a terrific 15 hours of playback time. 

1. Portability: 4/5 - This is a great speaker to leave at home, bring to a party, or take on holidays

2. Sound Quality: 5/5 - Perfect sound

3. Ruggedness: 3.5/5 - Perfect build quality, but it is not waterproof or very "rugged", it looks nice and you could find it hard to keep it looking new

4. Overall Value: 4/5 - Good value for money, but you are paying for the brand along with the purchase price.  the only reason you should not buy this is if you like playing heavy base music because it can move around due to the vibration. Click here to buy, Click here for video review.
